Grand Finale Concert – August 31 at Musis Arnhem

On Sunday, August 31 at 15:30, the prestigious Muzenzaal at Musis Arnhem will host a dazzling closing concert celebrating the conclusion of the first edition of Dutch Chamber Fest.

Witness an extraordinary collaboration between internationally acclaimed musicians and 12 young finalists from 9 countries, all brought together by their shared passion for chamber music.

 The program includes:

The fiery tango of Astor Piazzolla, performed by the legendary Carel Kraayenhof

Contrasting gems by Shostakovich, Telemann, Haydn, Dvořák and Rachmaninoff.

The world premiere of "Claire de Lune" — a new work by Johan van der Linden, specially written for the festival

Ensembles ranging from intimate duos to 18-player formations

These young musicians have been mentored over the past two days by an incredible team of coaches:
 Lisa Jacobs – violin
Sofia Vasheruk & Andrey Nesterenko – piano
 Aleksandra Kaspera – cello
Johan van der Linden – saxophone
 Carel Kraayenhof – bandoneon

“This festival was created to show how different musical styles can merge and enrich one another — an ode to the power of music as a language beyond words.”
Sofia Vasheruk, Artistic Director
